• On the second floor of the manor house are two private bedrooms and one full bath.
• As suite for 2 (PB) $140.00
• As suite for 4 (SPB) $160.00
• Connected by a breezeway is the romantic guest house suite for 2 (PB) $140.00
• If only staying a Saturday night add 50%.
• Please include state and local taxes.
• Two night minimum requested for holidays and all October.
• Tariff includes an outstanding full breakfast from a menu and served at your preferred hour, plus hot tub, bicycles, lawn games, stalls for guest horses, phone, fax, TV, VCR and other amenities.
• Gratuities are not solicited.
• Ask for midweek incentives.

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full tariff. Cancellations receive deposit refund, less $20.00, only if room is subsequently rebooked.
